Return & Refund Policy

We offer refunds for items that arrive damaged due to shipping carrier negligence. You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund if your item is damaged.

How to Request a Refund

To start a refund or if you have any questions, contact us at micah@nomatterbrands.com. Please inspect your order upon arrival and reach out immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Refunds are only issued for items damaged during shipping.

Refund Process

Once we receive photographic proof of the damage (to file a claim with the shipping carrier) and approve your refund, we will process it to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at micah@nomatterbrands.com.

All orders are shipped within five business days from our Bloomington, Il office. See below for approximate shipping times.

Domestic U.S. Orders

Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 2-7 business days and ship times vary based on the shipping address’s proximity to our Bloomington, Il office.

International Orders

International orders usually arrive within 2-3 weeks unless expedited shipping is selected. Please reference estimated shipping times during check out and select the service that works best for you. We are not responsible for local duty fees and taxes due at time of package receipt. 

Delays

If there is a delay in processing your order due to product restocking issues or a scheduled staff vacation, you will be promptly notified.
