We designed the CxT brand to reflect a warm, mid-century modern aesthetic—rooted in rich textures, earthy tones, and thoughtful details that highlight the artistry behind their process. The visual identity showcases the hands-on craftsmanship of their roasting while maintaining a refined, design-forward feel that speaks to both coffee connoisseurs and casual drinkers alike. CxT isn’t just about great coffee—it’s about inviting customers into a world where science and creativity meet, turning every cup into an experience worth savoring.
Messaging
We positioned the brand voice to be smooth and artistic, tying to the company's craftsmanship behind their roasting process.
Design Assets
Icons were created that mimic the logo's thick to thin brush strokes and sleek simplicity. Additionally, grainy orange gradients bring an artistic texture to the designs.
Color
We refreshed CxT's previous color palette of greys and oranges to have more of a warm undertone. This change gave a cozier feeling to the brand's personality.

The CxT Roasting Company's logo blends art and science, showcasing the company's dedication to knowledge and aesthetic experiences.
The emblem combines a coffee bean motif and the dynamic movement of a roasting drum, symbolizing precision and artistry in the roasting process. The middle bar from the "x" adds uniformity, seamlessly tying the type and emblem together. Overall, the logo conveys the technical aspects of roasting and the delightful tasting experiences offered by CxT.
